If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items due to our delivery and packaging mistakes, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We offer solutions including free replacement, parts re-delivery or full refund according to the actual situation.

Customized furniture products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production starts. Any artificial damage, improper installation, improper use or normal wear and tear caused by long-term use are not covered by the after-sales warranty service. We provide professional installation guidance and lifetime consultation service for all customers at any time.

2. Shipping Policy

We provide worldwide shipping service for all furniture orders. After your payment is confirmed, we will arrange product packaging and delivery within the stipulated working days. The delivery time varies according to your destination, transportation method and international customs clearance progress.

All furniture goods are carefully packaged with shockproof and moisture-proof materials to avoid damage during transportation. Customers shall be responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees generated by international shipping.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure factors including bad weather, customs inspection, logistics suspension and other uncontrollable reasons. Once the package is dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number for you to check the logistics status in real time. If the package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, we will assist you to file a claim with the logistics company and provide corresponding after-sales support.
